Many times you are alone. It’s scary sometimes because you’re pioneering a new way of doing things.

I sacrificed family time and travels. I'm not willing to do this from now on. I'm not willing to go against my ethics and principles.
Growing up, money was _____. Now, money is _____.
I thought it was something to save and use only for "adult" stuff (buying a house, food and bills). Now I think money is freedom to live the life you choose to design. To treat yourself and invest in anything and anyone that makes you happy, start with yourself.

What is your business about?
Beauty and freedom for the wild at heart. I design and make sustainable dresses for the modern bohemian.
What stage is your business at?
Where do you get support? Or do you do it all yourself?
Mentors, graphic designer and personal assistant.
Do you have employees? If so, What do you look for?
I have amazing freelance collaborators. I look for high levels of talent, honesty, enthusiasm, and consistency. In exchange I offer trust, freedom, and full time motivation/mentoring.
How did you overcome your fear of selling?
As I aligned my business with my values, sales became more and more effortless because I know the value of what I offer.
What should you do less / more of, but don't?
Less time: admin more time: creating
biggest high and most challenging low in your business?
Best high: being featured in Vogue Italia and Elle Italia some weeks ago. Elle has has a huge part in shaping my love for fashion as I've been reading it since I was 13. 20 years!Most challenging low: When I attended some markets with my designs but had no sales at all because the target was not my customer.
Your advice for new / growing / peaked entrepreneurs?
Connect with inspiring entrepreneurs that are doing what you are dreaming to do. Kindly ask for some advice and feedback. Be kind and generous with them because they are sharing a piece of themselves with you. Great friendships can start here.

In person. And very good collaborations came from Instagram networking.
biggest leap of faith you’ve ever taken in your business?
1) Buying a caravan and transforming it into my mobile workshop
2) Moving my business model from only brick and mortar to a more online approach.
