The years after leaving my marriage and career. No idea what I wanted to do with my life.

Holding down a 9-5 job that exhausted and drained me.

What stage is your business at?
Where do you get support? Or do you do it all yourself?
I couldn't run Introvert, Dear without the help of a brilliant team of writers.
Do you have employees? If so, What do you look for?
Sort of! I look for insightful, relatable writers who have their craft down.
What should you do less / more of, but don't?
I should get someone to do more admin work for me. But, being an introvert, I like working by myself! / I should spend more time meeting other writers, editors, and entrepreneurs.
biggest high and most challenging low in your business?
High: Quitting my day job to run Introvert, Dear full-time. / Low: The previous four years of wanting to quit my day job but not being able to make it work financially.
Networking, how do you?
I do. Not as much as I should. I like to host small events myself. Being an introvert, it allows me to network on my own terms.
biggest leap of faith you’ve ever taken in your business?
Saying, "goodbye, day job!" Then looking at my bank account a month later.
